Cancer Quality of Life Survey

Reporting and Data

Survey results are available through the public-facing website:
https://digital.nhs.uk/ndrs/data/data-outputs/cancer-data-hub/cancer-quality-of-life-survey.

The dashboard includes aggregated, anonymised data from over 190,000 people with a cancer diagnosis. The results can be filtered by geographical area and cancer type, and can be broken down by age, gender, ethnic group, deprivation area and stage at diagnosis.

The dashboard provides data adjusted for age, gender, and cancer type (where relevant), alongside unadjusted data, to enable more accurate comparisons between cancer types and geographies.

The dashboard will be updated every six months.

Each person is linked to an NHS region, Cancer Alliance and Integrated Care Board based on their postcode when they were diagnosed with cancer, and to the diagnosing trust recorded in the cancer registration data.
